HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?

A signed contract and retainer are required to secure your date. Sessions are not held without payment.

Are payments refundable?

All payments are non-refundable. Your session reserves a limited spot on my calendar, often weeks or months in advance.

do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I offer flexible payment options - just ask before booking.

 

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

I totally understand life happens! One reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hours notice. Your payment will be transferred to your new date.

wHAT IF I CANCEL MY SESSION?

Payments are non-refundable. However, they may be applied as credit toward a future session. (valid for 6 months).

 

WHAT IF I DON'T SHOW UP?

 

No-shows forfeit their session and payment.

 

 

 

 

What happens if photographer needs to reschedule?

In the rare case I need to reschedule, I will offer a new date or a full refund.

WHY ARE PAYMENTS NON-REFUNDABLE?

Because your session date is reserved exclusively for you. Once booked, I turn away other inquiries for that time. I book 3-4 months in advance.

DO YOU MAKE EXCEPTIONS?

I do my best to be understanding and offer rescheduling or credit when possible, but I do not offer refunds.
